Best day spa in capital region!. As far as the bad reviews given underneath the one I'm about to write you would have to be crazy to write a bad review on domani day spa! Walking in you feel so welcomed and I immediately got asked if I would like coffee, iced coffee or water. The girls who work there are very friendly and cater to you. Bella is the spa dog who is friendly and doesn't bother anyone. You definetally get what you pay for there I felt at home and as if I have been coming here forever. They offer everything from manicures, pedicures, facials, full body waxing, spray tanning, make-up, and they recently just added a whole hair studio! I give domani a five star review and they deserve it, I recommend anyone who wants five star service and pampering to call and make an appointment as soon as possible!!

Terrible Customer Service. I never write reviews, but this place was so bad I feel its my duty to warn others away. On a recent visit I was charged twice. When I went back to the salon to talk to the owner about this, she interrogated me for 10 minutes, and seemed to not even believe that I had been at the spa because I didn't have an appointment on the books (I was a walk-in). I showed her my bank statement with the double charge, but it still wasn't enough to convince the owner that I had been wrongly charged. She promised to call me back 2 days later, and never called. I went back to the salon after 3 days, and she still refused to acknowledge the charge or give me a refund, promising me again that she would call after speaking to her bank. Two weeks later, she hasn't called, and I had to file a claim with my bank.

In addition, the woman's daughter and dog are given free range in the salon. On my last visit the daughter was invited into the waxing room without my consent and proceeded to touch my face throughout the waxing process. Now, I do like kids and dogs, so I didn't complain. Nonetheless, I found it very unprofessional that a child was invited to take part in a spa service without asking consent of the customer.

Finally, their waxer, Christine, is absent minded and frequently neglects customer's requests. On both occasions that I went to this salon she only halfway completed the waxing and I had to remind her multiple times that she wasn't done.

I wish I could give this place 1 star for the very unprofessional way they treat customers.

Two thumbs down. I had a horrible experience at Domani. The owner was not a nice person and their was a dog that had gone to the bathroom all over that stunck up the whole place while I was having my pedicure. The owner laughed and just whiped the mess up. I was mortified and to make matters worse i had to pay to watch this dog poop in front of me. I was so annoyed I couldn't even relax. I would not recomend this place to anyone.
