Finally I found a great salon in Albany!. I moved to Albany a year ago and have been looking for a great salon and hairstylist ever since. I tried all the top salons, spent a ton of money, but was never very happy with my hair when I walked out, until now .Piccolo is awesome! Rita offers spa treatments like waxing, facials, cellulite wraps etc. She does a great job and has a fantastic skin care line. Then there is Steve my new hairstylist. Steve is absolutely the best! I am not easy to please but he has done a fantastic job on my hair cuts, color, highlights every single time! I get compliments on my hair all the time and many of my friends now go to Steve and they too love their hair every time. Not only is the quality the best but their prices are much better than I was paying at all the big name salons that I left from so disappointed. I highly recommend Piccolo for all their spa and hair services!
