After friends suggesting that I don't take my picture here to be framed because it would cost me an arm and a leg, I foolishly went to Frame of Mind and dropped nearly $250, a good chunk of change as far as I'm concerned, to get a map of Albany framed. On two separate occasions I was told my piece would be ready on such and such a day and that I would receive a phone call. First day came and went, I went to check in on it, only to find out that the frame wasn't even in yet and that they would call me in 3 days at 3pm and that it would be ready then. That day and time came and went, no phone call. I call to check on it, only to receive an arrogant attitude from a sales associate...just what I needed, excuses, no apologies, an attitude, and a smart a** comment to end the conversation. Not worth the time, money, frustration, gas that it takes to drive there and back 3 times to finally get what you paid $250 for.
