Worst mexican food anywhere. We dined yesterday and as parents of a small child dont get out much we really anticipted this dinner.

Upon entering we were warmly greeted and i was surprised to see how many people were out for a monday. This i took as a good sign that food was good.

While am i aquinted with mexican food i found the menu to be non descriptive in terms of what you were ordering as we tried to be authentic as we could.

My app. was described as mushrooms, onions and peppers sauteed and accompanied with balsamic vinegar.

In a million yrs i wouldve never expected the dish to be sauteed in balsamic vinegar. The odor of the Vinigar was apparent as the dish approached the table. it was so completely over powering and to me it tasted like transmission fluid.

i apologized to the waiter as we figured we had ordered something we were not familiar with and figured it was our fault.

Trying to clense our pallet and waiting for our entrees we were pleasantly surprised to see the presentation as the dishes looked beautiful. My wife had a chimichanga nad i had beef enchalidas.

It was at this time i noticed what happened to be a faint but very distinct odor of animal manure. Quietly discussing this among ourselves we decided that the best thing to do would be to get the food wrapped and leave. This smell of animal manure disappeared the minute they took away our plates.

Now im not trying to suggest that there was animal manure in our food but we threw it in the trashcan.

However i do find it interesting that the disappearence of the smell coincided with the disappearence of our entrees. We both spen the night with upset stomachs snd considering the price i would never go there again. I would reccommend the bar scene there as the building is interesting and quaint. However the prices are a little high considering the location.

I would not reccomend anything other that corn chips

I feel bad but this place was horrible

Great margarita. Lots of vegetarian choices. Quick service (once) and medium another time...so it varies. But, love the food. The food is a bit pricey for a mexican restaurant...but quantity is a lot.
