Where the tan is Guaranteed.. but the tan lines are optional!. First of all the name of the salon is HELIOS TAN and not celsius tan. The name changed happend awhile ago and the website WILL NOT update it!

Second, MANY things have changed recently that makes this THEE place to tan. Freindly, Knowledgeable staff, great service and amazing beds. The beds are maintained, up to date blubs and clean!

Third, We offer Massage thearpy. 10 minute lotion applications, 30 minute massage and 1 hour massages.

There are monthly specials, regular discounts and referal Incentives that make this not only the best place to tan, but cost effective with out sacrificing quality!

So weather it be Spray tan, Regular tanning or our special HIGH PRESSURE tanning, Helios tan is THEE place to tan!!

Do not go here. Very poorly run operation. Bulbs are blown in the machines...rooms are stifling hot. Way too expensive for what you get..for example some small bottles of lotion cost $75.00 plus they more or less force you to buy thier lotion because they will not allow you to bring in your own. Many other places in Albany area are less expensive and much better run. Do yourself a favor...stay away from Helios.

Great Place. The staff is awesome. The beds are the best in town, I have a natural looking tan without that fake orange look. AND...they have massages...with a short lotion appication massage available that is so relaxing and just awesome...I am addicted

Great tanning, Great service, always friendly!. I think that the new owner has done a great job with Helios! I have been going since they opened (as Celsius). They always employ friendly and knowledgable staff who know a lot about the beds and the lotions sold there. I have belonged to several different tanning places in the different areas that I have lived and I don't feel that Helios is any more expensive than than any other high quality tanning salon. I would rather pay a little more and know I am tanning in a high quality bed that is clean than paying $10 a month for unlimited tanning at some of the cheap places around here. I always have a great experience at Helios tan and would highly recommend it!!

Don't invest your money or time here!. Poor knowledge of tanning equip. and lotions. High pressure beds not up to standard, meaning half of the bulbs were out, to expensive. Membership programs are very costly to pay when equip is not functioning. Poor service when expressing your concerns. Owner states that this is the best tanning salon in the capital district. I persoally think that this is a teenie bobber hang out and if parents are sending their kids there to tan, this is not the place to go. Owner is to young and without any work ethic skills and the lack of knowledge for running a business. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
