BEST HIBACHI DINING IN THE CAPITAL DISTRICT. This is a fantastic restaurant that my family has visited 10 times over the last two years. It is pricey but well worth it for a special occassion. The cooking is very consistent and have found the staff to be very friendly. The cooks do a great job entertaining as they cook!

Koto is outstanding. If you want a special dinner, go to Koto on Wolf Road in Latham. I was first taken there by my family for Fathers' Day and enjoyed it so much I have been back at least ten times. I have brought friends and family to try it and they all were impressed. Everyone who took care of us worked very hard and was very pleasant. The food is outstanding! The sushi is BY FAR the best in the Capital District and the sushi chefs always make a beautiful presentation to go with their tasty craft. You will have birds, palm trees or flowers carved from vegetables or formed from wasabi decorating your dinner. There are several habachi tables and the chefs make sure everyone has a great time.

Bring your wallet, as it is pricey, but it is WELL worth it.

Excellent Food, Friendly Service, but watch out...... No free refills on the Ice Tea. No mention of that fact by the waitress when ordering. Hostess was indifferent when I questioned the charge. She opened a menu to sho me the fine print but couldnt find it ;-) I May not go back - but really great food. Charged 5.00 for 3 glasses of Iced Tea..

First time. walking in in was obvious that this would be a fun night out.... the Hibachi chefs were hard at work entertaining the "lucky" ones who had reservations at the Hibachi table.

Our selections came quickly, even though the wait staff were clearly on the march keeping up with a packed house.

The Food was OUTSTANDING, presentation was great. appetizer portions could be bigger but the main course of sushi made up for any reason to beleive we were leaving hungry... HIGHLY recommended... we will be back, next time with friends to be part of the "SHOW at the cooking tables....

i had high hopes until i went there.. a chain restaurant nationwide,which explains it all.pushy,rude,ask for sauce,they walk away.worst hibachi around.their tip was greatly reflected on their attitude towards white people.OVERALL, I and MY GUESTS WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN!!!!!go Hiros on central,cheaper and better.
