Horrible store. Worst store I have ever been to! The store managers are very rude! Their names are Chris and Julie and they are useless- avoid them!! The sales floor staff are very friendly and try to work with what they have. The shelves are unorganized, the new releases are often out of stock, and quite frankly the store is terrible. I would never go there again! Please take the extra 15 minute ride and go to Barnes and Noble, or here is a great idea; order off of Amazon. Most unpleasant shopping experience. The worst part is that the corporate 1-800 complaint line is horseshit. The customer service people do nothing about the problem. The district manager Jim Byron happened to be at the store the day I was shopping and he is as useless as Chris and Julie. Awful store, awful experience don't shop there! Julie was talking to one customer about her knee surgery while I was trying to read my paper at their cafe! Disgusting!
