Service. Tried to get in on Sunday 8/22/2010 at about 7:00 PM. Waited ten (10) minutes to be told it be a hour wait. No organization or host or hostess at the door.

nightmare at Augie's, Ballston Spa,NY. Good: Not much at all - it is overcrowded, entrance and corridors do not allow ease of egress and the place is hazzard waiting to happen. Bad: I ordered $134 of take out food on 5/6 and when we got home, 50% of order was missing. Called…
