I love My Altima! Talk about good service. I visited Saratoga Nissan with my daughter to test drive an Altima and was greeted by Jim Calander. He was one of the nicest salesmen I have ever dealt with. I never got a presentation like this on car before. He knew everything about it and I was 100% comfortable with my purchase. I plan on Servicing at Saratoga Nissan they included My oil changes as long as I have the Car. It was nice to be treated in such a courteous manner. Thank you to Jim and your Management team I will be sending you anyone I can to buy from you.

I had the best experience in my life of buying a vehicle. I was not certain I would get a vehicle, but when I walked in the showroom the car I wanted was sitting on the floor. I kept trying to be optimistic. Brandon was so professional and caring, listened to me, walked me through every step of the way. I was given two options of the vehicle I was thinking about the entire time, then given a third option and then finally was encourage to tell him I wanted the vehicle on the showroom floor. I waited patiently to see if I would get approved, and when they drove the vehicle out the showroom I thought they're not giving someone else the car I want. No they were getting it ready for me to take home. I still did not know this. I then was told my driver could go home and then I was still wondering if the car was mine. When all the paperwork was done, it finally sunk in it was mine. I was given a total tour of the dealership and my vehicle. I was so happy I could not think. I ran around my vehicle and gave Brandon a hug. It was the best experience I had in a long time. I would recommended this dealership. In fact I have 4 potential customers in the making for them. I thank them from the bottom of my heart, Brandon, Jessica, Katie and Scott and all the other staff who helped to get me finally in a reliable vehicle. My friends and neighbors love my car and so do I. Hooray

I am completely satisfied with my whole experience at Saratoga Nissan. I was treated very respectfully and fairly. My salesman, Ed O'Connor was very good about finding the right car for me and I have never had a salesperson before that actually listened to me!

I am very happy I went to Saratoga Nissan and will not only recommend this dealership to everyone, I know I will be a loyal customer.

My husband and I have been looking to replace my car for months due to giving our son his first car. I hate pushy sales people that dont want to budge on the sticker price which results in moving on to the next dealer! My husband and I were going to buy new furnature and passed Saratoga Nissan, we looked at each other and said "huh never looked at a Nissan before" and went back. We will never regret that decision!!! I want to say that I have never had a more enjoyable expierance buying a new car!! Doreen was very down to earth and made us feel very much at home and worthy of the car we were looking at! She was not pushy or misleading in any way. Danielle was very eager to help us to achieve our price goal and made it happen for us.I will be shouting my happiness for months and will be pushing everyone I know looking for a new vehical to go to Saratoga Nissan and see Doreen and Danielle!!!!!! Oh and by the way I LOVE MY NEW 2012 NISSAN ALTIMA COUPE!!!!

Initally, it was a little shaky. Had some trouble with the paperwork and financing. I believe that if my initial sales person sat down with me and learned a little more about me, we would have avoided some arguements. After speaking to the owner, and doing a bit more paperwork and leg work on my part... I got the vehicle. It's awesome. John, I think his name is... is really cute. Overall, my experience at Nissan of Saratoga was a positive experience. You don't get to get a 'new' used awesome Hamster Box everyday... Love my Scion.

I have purchased/leased 3 vehicles from Saratoga Nissan over the last three years. Doreen has been my salesperson on each ocassion. She is simply the best when it comes to cusomer service. She genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase so she is purposely low key and does not pressure you to make a decision that you won't be happy with in the long term. I knew what I wanted so I was in and out of the dealership in no time at all and Doreen made sure the finance folks had everything they needed to get me in and out. I have also been using the service at the dealership for the same length of time and it has been stellar. No problems ever in over three years! I have recommended the dealership to my co-workers and they have had similiar experiences as well. Kodo's to Saratoga Nissan and all the great folks that work there.

I couldn't be happier! After nearly 3 weeks of pricing out Murano's I called Saratoga Nissan off an ad I saw. I traded my Honda, and drove off in no time. They had a huge selection of vehicles for me to finally find what I needed and price was definitely competitive. It was easy cut and dry sale! I got more than I expected with my purchase and will be telling everyone I know to buy their Nissan at Saratoga.

This is the fourth car my husband and I have bought/leased from Doreen. She is the best! She even came to my office to pick up my car for an oil change. Doreen is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always gets us what we are looking for. We highly recommend her!
