State Farm Jane Hans Office. Brought my auto insurance to Jane's office and have had nothing but problems since the second month. They refuse to remove me from auto-withdrawl, even after being asked several times. They have cost me close to $300 in overdraft fees from not taking payments on agreed upon date. They were confrontational and rude with my wife on the phone. Worst insurance office EVER! Go down the street to the office next to the book store. They are much nicer and cheaper.

Great Service!. Came to Jane for my auto and homeowners insurance a few years back. I've had nothing but exceptional service from her and her two sisters and the other girl that works in the office. They're always willing to help me out when I need it.
