Good Company. These guys really hit it on the money. i had a whole networking issue with my business. Nothing was set up properly from the other guys. nothing was working and very time I would try to call no one wanted to help me. So my friend told me about Computer Answers and man were they much different. They took the time to set everything up properly as well as explain it to me. They said I could call them anytime if i needed to ask a question or needed help.

Simply Amazing !. I can't even express how great this place is they helped me out so much! I would recommend this to anybody who needs their computer repaired or has any technical questions about computers they know it all. Thank you Computer Answers for all your quality work.

very unprofessional. Very unprofessional guys working in Computer Answers. They can help you only if you deleted a file from the desktop to the recycle bin. These guys cannot fix more complicated issues. I had a failed hard drive in my laptop; they could not do anything for 30 (!) days. In addition, they were unable to recover the data. I sent my laptop to professionals; they fixed all issues and recovered all files in a few days. In my opinion, the vigorous and aggressive advertising of Computer Answers hides the incompetence of this company.

We appoligize we offered a free diagnosis and a free estimate on a data recovery, we cant guarantee we will get every file, sorry for the inconvenience. Although your laptop was fixed right away.

virus free. My computer just had so many virus and my pc just wasn't functioning well anymore so I decided to bring it to them cause I wanted to save the important files. All I can say is they are very professional, they know what they are doing. Costumer service is great and my pc is like new again.

Great Service. Computer Answers really helped me out when my computer was overtaken by a virus. I'm not technologically inclined, but I never felt like I was being taken advantage of by this business. Quite the opposite, actually.

You cannot be serious... This place was a total ripoff, I went into this store with a single broken Y key on my HP laptop. I was told it would cost $45 to fix the key or I could have the ENTIRE keyboard replaced. This place clearly is out to maximize profits at the detriment to its customers. I ended up going to a place only two blocks down and the man charged me $10 to replace the key. I will never go back to this business again and I will be sure to inform my network at SUNY Albany about their exploitative prices.

This not a customer of ours and never had any work done with us, We always offer a free diagnosis and don't charge to look at a laptop and give free estimates. If we had to replace a keyboard because we didn't have a key we would just quote a new keyboard price. There is a local pc shop that has been leaving us negative reviews.

Quality service. I'm not a computer person. Nope, never have been. It took me ten minutes just to write this review :) Anyway, having said that I would like to comment on how great this service really is. They helped me to understand not only what the problem with my PC was, but also how to fix it next time. I never felt out of place with the things they were teaching me. I not only recommend Computer Answers, but will be going to them for any of my computer needs. Thanks!

Great Computer Service. I highly recommend this computer service company. they are very qualified. They got my computer back up and running in no time and they did not charge outragious fees for it either. My computer works better than ever before. I will definitely go back to them again for all of my computer needs.
