Lousy subs, even worse management!. I bought a sub here once and will absolutely never return.

Be very careful if you have allergies because it seems they only half-listen when taking your order. My son ordered a vegetable sub for me with extra lettuce, tomato, onion, provolone cheese and roasted red peppers. They make the subs in the back, so you can't watch them like you can at Mr. Subb or Subway. When we opened it up, there were jalepenos and green peppers that I can't eat, along with yellow American cheese which I am highly allergic to! There was a scattering of lettuce, four little rings of onion and a few thin slices of tomato. And to top it off, they charged over $8.00 for it! (More than a regular sub, because we ordered extra lettuce!) I called the next day to complain, and the manager had the nerve to tell me we should have come back that night. Which we probably would have, except the reason my son bought me the sub in the first place was because I was spending the day in the ER. The manager was completely unsympathetic to the situation and tried to tell me that my son (31 years old) must have ordered it that way. Needless to say, the entire encounter left a nasty taste in mouth and I will never return.
