Best Pizza Anywhere. I recently moved to watervliet , and in my search for local eateries , Bars , shopping , I was surprised by this Pleasant , Family Pizzeria . At first I accepted Giuseppe's at face value . Respectable , family owned ,with friendly staff. There is a mix of personal items and Community awards and plaques , which I expected. I ordered a 10 " pie to go while "Joe" showed me the trophy that a local team had presented to them for sponsoring them. Great folks and friendly as can be, but being a former Training Manager for a large Chain of Pizzeria's , winning me over is difficult.

So i took my Pie home , and I could not believe what I had tasted. If there is Pizza in Heaven, Giuseppe is making it. I love this Pizza . The crust has the sweet touch you need , the cheese is a perfect blend , their Home-made marinara has 2 kicks to it. But what a perfect Pie. I've had there subs too, 14" for 8 bucks with a thick stack of meat . If you feel let down by the chains , check out Giuseppe's Pizzeria and Deli. They have free delivery for orders over 10 bucks, and they even have desserts. Get down there. They deserve to be noticed and I cant believe this is the first comment. They are amazing.
