Double Dipping, Unprofessional, Profit First Company.
This company does not deliver the customer experience level that I have been engaged by with previous heating companies in the area.
We contacted them in early November to fix a heating issue at one of our apartments. They came, they "fixed it and we paid for their service. A week later the heater went out again so we contacted them on a weekend upset about the heater and they told us they would send us a technician at an "overtime" fee that was charged to the customer? They "redid" the job and it went out again a day later.
Our company was furious with this group so we called them the following day to let them know we had the same problem again. They proceeded to pitch us on addiing parts to our equipment instead of giving us a refund on the initial job? Then we found out that their integrity was out the window due to the fact that they allegedly told our supervisor on site that they could fix the whole job for less than we paid with the last 2 visits?
This is a company that cares more about the dollar than gaining a happy and "REPEAT" customer. They have unknowledgable technicians with a group of "managers" that do not understand the area of customer satisfaction.
I recommend this company to anybody that wants to throw free money around because they would be first in line even on an "overtime" weekend.
