Bad Customer Service

called to have pilot light on gas stove fixed..First appt they cancelled at 5 pm due to previous job running late. Came 5 days later, claimed pilot loose and not sparking..cleaned stove and fixed,charged me $93.00..Week later went to turn on stove, nothing!!! Called, they said its another problem and would call me back in the week. Never called back..Called Halfmoon Chimney, they came fixed the pilot light that was supposed to be fixed and charged me $40.00....Called to let them know and owner never called back to offer partial refund...Would never recommend or use again...
