Pretty nice. Lake across the street, dimly lighted on the inside, a deck when it gets warm out!!!!

Wish I had a boat!!!!

I'll bring a date the next time I find a lady that I like.

Waste of time!!!. I cant believe the high prices! Dining room was filthy, and food took way too long considering we were the only table there. Well now i know why.

The soup was cold and tasted like salt, who pays 4$ for french fries?

DO NOT EAT HERE!

Great lakeview dining. The Good Times restaurant was a great family experience! The whole family loved the food, friendly service, and warm atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

Ballston Lake's finest!. My family and I dine here regularly and we love the cozy home feeling, wonderful service, and home cooked meals. Great lake view with a feel at home feeling!

best unique dining experince. very versitle menu consiting of traditonal comfort food with a unique touch. classic french onion soup is to die for aswell as the chicken parm. crazy alfredo off the charts!!

Ballston Lake has the best meatloaf in town!. Fabulous service! Even better food! can't wait to go back!!

Worst meal I've eaten in years!. My partner and I decided to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city restuarants for a change last weekend. I let him pick the spot for a romantic night out. He chose The Good Times Lakeview Restaurant for it's view of Ballston Lake and the menu items sounded delicious. What a HUGE disappointment from the minute we sat down. Our waiter (a young man in approx his late 20's) appeared to be intoxicated, was speaking with a slur and his eyes were glazed over. After waiting 15 minutes for our drinks they finally arrived and were not what we ordered. We ordered our meals and salads next. When the salads arrived we were disgusted by the wilted slimy lettuce. I refused to eat it for fear of ecoli or something. About 45 minutes later our dinners hit the table, these were something I wouldn't feed to my dog! My steak tasted sour and was tougher than a new leather boot! My partners meal was no better, he ordered a pasta dish that smelled like a garbage filled dumpster on a hot summer day! We complained to the manager (I believe she was) and she said that it was a bad weekend for them, never once did she apologize or offer to take anything off the bill!!! So needless to say $70 later and sick as a dog we decided NEVER to try this dump again!!! There are plenty of other restaurants on other lakes!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE $$$ AND FRUSTRATION!!!

Used to be Quite Good. Went there last summer and the food was good - excellent homemade fries. Went again a couple months ago and the food wasn't so good. Tried it again and boy did it go down hill even more. The steak tips were grey and grizzly and floating in some kind of buttery liquid. No more homemade fries evidently. Owner would not take the one meal off the check and it was not eaten. Owner would not even come to the table. Will never go back.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT WILL COST YOU EXTRA!. THIS RESTAURANT WAS A PLACE I HAD WANTED TO GO TO FOR A WHILE. SO IMAGINE MY DISSAPOINTMENT WHEN THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. BUT HEY EVERYONE HAS A BAD DAY, SO WE TRIED IT AGAIN. THIS TIME IT WAS EVEN WORSE, AND WHEN WE TRIED TO TALK TO THE OWNER SHE DIDNT EVEN CARE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THERE IS A LOT MORE TO THE STORY, BUT REALLY NOT WORTH WASTING BOTH OUR TIMES TO GO THROUGH IT AGAIN, JUST TRUST THAT THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE TIME AND VISIT. ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE A LOT MORE FAMILY RUN BUSINESSES THAT ARE TRYING SO HARD, AND DESERVE THE BUSINESS.
