I WANTED a pool installed, but only by someone wearing a clown suit, that said they sent one to my home, my Kids I have three, were slobbering all over themselves, barking out loud kicking up quite a fuss. I COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER....EVEN THE POLICE CAME TO QUIET US DOWN WE WERE HAVING SO MUCH FUN.
Thank you very much for all of the help you provided to me when I had a crack in my spa shell. With your assistance and guidance, I was able to repair my spa without missing a day of using it. As my Pavilion ages, you have always been available to help me with questions and advise. Please thank Christine as she has been very helpful as well. It is very comforting knowing that your customer and tech support departments are always there when I need them.
They were very knowledgeable and
competent. Also, they conducted themselves in a professional manner.
It was indeed a pleasure having them do my work.

I was able to get the basic remodel that I wanted and some upgrades for close to the budget that I had. During the project, the crews that came by cleaned up after themselves very nicely and came in and did their work not spending a bunch of time on their cell phones. If someone was unsure about anything, I was asked what I wanted.
We use the spa every day and wish we had purchased one long ago. Thanks A Frame!
Construction went as planned- as a carpenter I know first hand how easy it is for a project to become delayed, but they pulled it off without any delays (wow)!
poor service. we bought a new above ground pool May 2011. After waiting to pay becaue the work was not totally complete owner Jim Sprague pressured us to pay in full. After payinh I poinyed out that he had failed to give me the deluxe plumbing we paid for. It is now May 2012 and we are still waiting for our deluxe plumbing.
