Hewitt's looks its age. And that's a good thing. With over 30 years in the lawn and garden business, it's not surprising that no matter which of the eight locations you choose to visit, you will find them as fully stocked with plants and lawn-related items as they are with people who bustle about, looking to absorb the knowledge of the staff.

The Goods
Despite the heavy local competition, Hewitt's prices and selections remain reasonable. In addition to the traditional items expected at a major garden center, Hewitt's also offers a variety of lawn ornaments, fertilizers, lawn-care products and gardening tools for gardeners of all levels of expertise.
