Worst Pizza Delivery Experience Ever. I love the taste of the pizza but these people clearly rest on the recipe and skip any kind of customer service. Rude, arrogant and incompentent!! I called to order a pizza delivered and it took 2 hours!!!!! I had to call 3 x in which I was told each time "It's on it's way" when I live 2.3 miles away per google maps! In a city with so many good pizza places its hard to believe they still exist.!!!

awesome. whoever is eating this pizza and says its bad...is crazy. its obvious its awesome if you have ever walked in there on a friday or saturday late night by the amounts of people in there. its an essential part of the evening to go to I LOVE and get pizza after being at ryans wake or brew pub all night. awesome awesome pizza. and ordering wings for take out are to die for

BEST pizza I have ever had. I honestly cannot understand some of the reviews on here. Obviously everyone has their own tastes, but if I remember correctly I Love NY Pizza in Troy was rated very highly by local publications. . . .newspapers and such. This pizza is easily my very very favorite that I have ever had, from the capitol district to NYC. No, the atmosphere is not good, it's in a crappy neighborhood and staff is not the friendliest, but I always felt that going there just to get their delicious pizza was an experience in itself. I have never like Troy as a city but this pizza is the only reason why I miss living closer to that city than I do now.

Overly Albanian....To Much To Handle. I'm all for a good slice on a saturday afternoon, but one thing that I cannot stand is the strong taste of Albanian sweat in my food. I Love NY Pizza is run by the ACSIC (Alanian Coalition of Stealing Italian Culture), and now that they have succesfully stolen the culture by opening up a store built on italian traditions and a deep rich history unique to New York, they continue to butcher it day after day. I Love NY Pizza has done to pizza what Elton John has done to being gay, making it socail accept to be horrible in every shape and form. THe garlic knots aren't too bad.

It is what it is. To the guy below me.. repeating the F-Word over and over again doesn't make your review any better or more noticable..least in a good way.And who wants to order a pizza at noon..that's a heavy lunch! Most of the places I've seen in and around Troy start around 3/4 in the afternoon.. when people eat dinner.. ie. pizza.

As for I love NY.. it's pizza, which is dough, cheese, and sauce... what do you expect? It's simple comfort food, not brunch at the four seasons or dinner at a diamond rated restaurant. The only way you can really screw up pizza is by burning it, under-cooking it, or using nasty sauce.. none of which I Love NY does. I have a preference for pizza's with more flavor and I only really order I Love when grabbing a slice or all other spots are closed, it's not my favorite place but there's nothing wrong with it. So while I can't sing it's praises or go on a nice date there, it's good enough to be a pizza spot.

I do like the pizza more when I grab it by the slice, when ordered I think due to the volume of deliveries, they rush when cooking it and *sometimes* it can be a touch soggy or too saucey or not enough cheese. I usually order a calzone, which has yet to be done wrong. They have a minimum delivery price so you really can't order by the slice, however if you order say wings or a calzone you could add slices on to that and make the total for delivery.

suc*s. this fucki*g place suc*s ball*. i try to order a fucki*g pizza at 12:47 in the afternoon and they fucki*g tell me they dont deliver until 4:00. what the fuc* is that bullshi* who orders pizza at 4:00. what is this the late night service jesus christ. if i want some fucki*g midday pizza i guess im outta fucki*g luck.

RUDE STAFF, PRICE CHANGES AT DELIVERY, DRY WINGS. I DONT RECOMMEND I LOVE NEW YOUR PIZZA, THE MENUE IS LIMITED,THE WINGS ARE DRY,THE STAFF IS NASTY AND RUDE,THEY FORGET PART OF THE ORDER AND TAKE FOREVER TO RETURN

eat when drunk. It only tastes good when your drunk which is why its so wounderful for late nights plus its the one of the few places thats open late after clubbing.
