Wendy's Guilderland NY. I don't understand what is so difficult about getiing a baked potato with sour cream, no butter, and 5 piece chicken nugget with bbq sauce right.

I go to the drive thru 2-3 times a week and either I get butter and no sour cream, I get both, or I get no bbq sauce.

Today I got no sour cream, no butter and no bbq sauce. I had dry chicken nuggets and would have had a dry baked potato if I didn't happen to have butter at work. Also, there is never a straw in the bag. When I ask for one I'm told it's in the bag...I wouldn't ask for one if it was in there. Anyway, why are they afraid to give me an extra straw and yet they'll give me both butter and sour cream at times. that's more of a waste of money for them.

All I ask is that they listen and get my simple order right. Aside from that the food is pretty good.
