In Short – Located outside of the Crossgates Mall, the shiny stainless steal exterior catches the attention of hungry shoppers. Inside, a teal and violet art deco-themed interior sets the scene for casual, family-friendly dining. With over 300 items on the menu, locals enjoy sandwiches and chocolate desserts. Greek specialties are also offered. A full bar can be found and notable mixed drinks help tired mall-goers unwind.

Metro 20 Diner

Western Avenue, Albany, NY near the Crossgates Mall.
My wife and I have been there several times and have left quite unimpressed. We now call this particular diner "the sh*tty pancake diner" - for obvious reasons. We have also had some seriously bad service there as well, and when it was virtually empty at the time. Too many other places to go, we do not waste our money at the Metro 20 diner anymore.
- Pros: Location to the mall
- Cons: Poorly trained staff; average food.

Extremely delicious

We have eaten at this restaurant a few times now at the request of my brother whom resides near there and we have found the food to be very good and the waitress and waiters are very friendly. They are helpful and now what is on the menu.
- Pros: Pleasant atmosphere, Curteous, fast service
- Cons: Parking could improve, Delivery, Hostess
