Used to be my favorite place, now its my least.. From my favorite place to eat to a place i avoid like the plague, which you will probably get from eating there :)

The common experiences from this eatery, namely, being instantly put on hold for up to 5 minutes when the phone is answered without even having a moment to put a word in, incredibly long wait times for food (up to an hour for pickup and 2 for delivery), and relatively high prices given the amount of competition in this area of albany, used to be made up for by generally very high quality food served in a professional manner.

This seemed to all change now that they are "under new management". All of the old problems are still there, along with the fact that the food is now sub-par and is served messily without consideration for the customer. They constantly mess up orders or leave off parts, the chicken in their chicken parm is now frozen chicken patties with sauce and cheese thrown on them, the sandwiches come just thrown into a box with not even a piece of paper under them or anything, and the only thing you can count on their wings being is undercooked. The quicker this place goes out of business, the better!

soo many other places to choose from...... Being a lazy Sunday afternoon my girlfriend and I decided to order some delivery. we decided to order a sub and a wrap from trios, as well as a 2liter of diet coke. simple enough order a Greek sub with olives for her and a seafood salad wrap also with olives for me. well the delivery came after what felt like for ever. this is where it all goes bad. first the delivery lady forgot the 2liter. alright thats a simple mistake, but upon opening the order we find they sent the wrong kind of wrap. so we all them up and and they agree to send out the right wrap. the wrap and 2liter came another 20 min later. the wrap was just the seafood salad. no lettuce, tomato, nothing. all in all the food was sub-par and not worth the hassle, order else wheres.

You're not paying for atmosphere. Not much of a eat-in place, but great take out. I love their salad bowls and the Turkey Bacon Wrap is my favorite.

Boars Head Meat!!!. Never dined in but the delivery service is fast and always correct.

They only use the best cold cuts and their sandwiches/hogies are excellent!
