Frozen tuna?.
I am a huge sushi fan and decided to order the sushi platter. The tuna's texture just wasn't like it should be and the salmon smelled fishy (a sure sign that the fish is no good to eat raw). I brought this to the waitress's attention only to get an attitude and a look of disgust! She called the sushi chef over who also took offense to my comments, saying the sushi is very fresh. It might be fresh for the supermarket, but not to be eaten raw! He did indicate to me howver, that the tuna was frozen. WHAT?? They refused to take it off of my bill. WHAT?? After much complaining, I was able to get the sushi removed! Were we on candid camera or something? Not a good place to go out to dinner.
