Horrible place to live

We use to live there..... but management was so horrible and rude that you can't even talk to them. All they care about is money and money only. One time, I got mugged and robers took everything including my vallet, car and all the keys. I called them, so that they can let me in my apartment. Lisa (management lady, the worst and most rude) told me the "you can only enter in the apartment if I have $50 in cash, after much hassle, I borrowed money from my friend so that they can let me in. After half hour of waiting a guy came and he let me in but never gave me a key and told me that to get a another key I have to pay another $80 (this does not include the penalty for losing the key)....Snow cleaning service was horrible, for weeks there was no snow cleaning. One of neighbor fell and broke her elbow.... Such a horrible management that I broke lease early and left the apartment coz I cannot afford to live another winter with this management and ofcourse they charged me a hefty penalty for that as well!

Would not recommend to anyone.

Do not bother with this place

At one point we could not live in our apartment. We had no running water and they refused to refund us the 2 days we had to live elsewhere until it was fixed.

Management is horrible, very rude and unprofessional, I'm sure the owners want them to be like that. The only thing they care about is how much money they are bringing in. I talked with many of my neighbors and they have similar complaints. I would not recommend this place.

The only pro is the location.

Con, make sure you stay on the second floor, its amazing how inconsiderate "some" people are.

management does nothing

I just moved in to this apartment and I am very disapointed. I am cursed with noisy up stairs neighbers. They have two kids that they dont tell no to who run around the apartment all day and night. When I tried to talked to them they told me they cant tell there kids not to run(they are 3 and 6, they can be told no). So they know it disturbs the neighbers and they wont do anything about it. I then told the propery manager, who siad she would write a letter stating the terms of the lease state that parents are responsible for the supervision of their children and not permit any loud noises that will otherwise distrub other tenent. When i called to check if that was done, she said she just gave them a call and the mother was going to try to them in bed by their bed time(umm that wasnt the preoblem). They continue to ignour the problem. I believe that since these tenents have been here longer that they are pretty much excused from following the lease and the other tenents suffer.
