POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went in for a hair coloring and told the girl I don't like dark hair. She picked the color out and told me when it fully dried it would be lighter. I went back and talked to the girl that did my hair, and said I'm unhappy with my hair color. It looks more black than brown. Her response to me was I'm not coloring your hair over." If I have to highlight it to make it lighter I am charging you". I spent $75.00 and was a first time customer. Cindy told me The owner would call me, she never did. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY
