Best Experience!!!!. I just started going to Shapes and Colors about 6 months ago and my first time there I was treated like a princess. I'm absolutely in love with Shapes and Colors. I had gotten my hair done a week earlier at a different salon and I looked like a skunk. Black hair with white streaks. I went to Shapes and Colors and they did a wonderful job. The prices are fair and with the talent in the salon, it is worth it. They have nothing but the best staff working there, and I will never go anywhere else!! I would recommend anyone who takes pride in the way they look to go to Shapes and Colors, they have a variety of services they offer and I couldn't wish for anything more!!!

Ask for Robert. I go to Shapes and Colors for Robert. He is the best! I always feel like a million bucks when I leave.

The overall feel of Shapes and Colors is pleasant and I enjoy going there. Recommend!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in for a hair coloring and told the girl I don't like dark hair. She picked the color out and told me when it fully dried it would be lighter. I went back and talked to the girl that did my hair, and said I'm unhappy with my hair color. It looks more black than brown. Her response to me was I'm not coloring your hair over." If I have to highlight it to make it lighter I am charging you". I spent $75.00 and was a first time customer. Cindy told me The owner would call me, she never did. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY
