Friendly and Knowledgeable!. The folks at Lexington Vacuum took the time to answer my list of questions, allowed me to test out the vacuum I was interested in and educated me on the ins and outs of the vacuum. I was very pleased with the service and staff and I would recommend all my friends and family to go to LEXINGTON VACUUM for all their vacuum needs!

Go Elsewhere for Service!.
The man who handles service at lexington vacuum cleaners expects people to be certified vacuum professionals to own one. Simple cleaning is obviously not cutting it with the staff at Lexington Vacuum. I brought my vacuum in for a waranty claim. Instead of taking the job, they refused to work on it because it wasn't clean to their standards. I found them to be snooty and just trying to sell vacuums.
The bottom line is, if you're looking for a place to have your Vacuum serviced, go somewhere else!
