Wonderful Venue, Wonderful Experience.
I like to consider myself a connoisseur of music and venues. I go to quite alot of shows during the year but any and all of my experiences at the Palace Theatre have been wonderful! They have a
helpful courteous staff and a lovely atmosphere. The place is GORGEOUS and has an elegance that you just don't see that often anymore. The concerts are always great and I was especially impressed when I saw the Holiday film "It's a Wonderful Life" there earlier this week. I never knew they showed classic movies again and I will never miss a chance to spend an evening there! The building is beautiful inside and out, and the neighborhood surrounding the theatre is always bustling with restaurant and bar activity. There's never a lack of things to do before and after an evening at the Palace Theatre!
My only complaint over the years has been parking, and even that has even gotten easier over the past few years since they built a new garage a couple of blocks away!…
Intimate Music Arena. The Albany Palace Theatre makes the listener feel like they're right in the inner circle every time. The size of this arena is perfect for those who enjoy great music at it's best. You will not find better acoustics in all of the Capital District. The ability to see the artist or artists without the use of binoculars gives this place its intimate feel.…
