Cardona's rocks. I love this place. They sell wonderful meats, (some) fish and fresh foods for lunch and dinners. They have a good cheese department, a limited fresh vegetable/fruit department - and a host of dried italian goods. Yum. They also take phone orders, which I appreciate because they can get busy and their individual attention can take time. And customers do wait - because the food is worth the wait. Their daily salads are freshly made, sometimes a bit unusual, but almost always good. Their fresh cooked foods are delicious. They sell a myriad of olive oils and balsamic vinegars - costly but good products, all of them. They sell their pizza sauce and marinara,vodka, tomato-basil sauces, wonderful sauces that add to any meal. My family makes pizza with Cardona's pizza dough and sauce and they're always great dinners and fun, too. Nice to make good pizzas in the home.

Wonderful place to buy italian/fresh/cooked fare.

Mulberry St. right here !!. I have been a customer for years . Outstanding foods !!! had catering done for my birthday it was the talk of the party (besides my dress) I have ordered speciality meat (ie: crown roast of pork for 12 people) their butchershop is all natural, no antibotoic . Hambuger ground to order (not sitting in a package for days) ,home made sausage to die for. My friends from work are all loyal lunch/ dinner customers just check out the homemade entree's, vegetables, salads desserts and my favorite the soups. Every kind of cheese, fresh produce, and stuffed olives. Its Mulberry St but cheaper, right here on Delaware Ave in Albany. Long live the family Cardona. P.S. Staff is very easy on the eyes !!!
