Worst, Rudest...doesn't take credit cards and then they refused to pick us up b/c a friend was drunk yeah that is why we called a cab. But the cab never told us and left us on the street as we waited until I called back and they told us they wouldn't get us. Wonder if they also leave their kids on the side of the road.

Yellow is by far a five star transportation service. Five stars isn't nearly enough to discribe the service I recived from Yellow. thoe arrived 5 mins early, waiten patiently in my driveway, wearing a shirt and tie. I thought it was my big night out on the town with the most expencive limo I could rent when I saw the fuel efficent mini-van. the dispatcher was a sweetheart calling me sir and even thank me for my business. they were safe, clean and time efficent. rude doesn't even describe it.. Never in my life have I been treated so blatantly rudely. I was picked up promptly, but cab 33 was on his cell phone for about 10 minutes with his g/f. They love each other. Didn't even help me put the luggage in the car (I'm visibly pregnant). I have used them before with a credit card in the car, they just wrote my number down and went on with life. The driver started screaming at me that I was trying to rip him off and we'd have to go to an ATM. With a cc, I should have told them on the phone because it takes time to process. I said let me speak with the dispatcher and I'd be more then happy to give him the information, plus a decent tip for his time. The dispatcher hung up on me. Then called back and for five minutes screamed at me at how we'd just call the sheriff and I could spend Christmas in jail. I called my husband to leave class and come meet me at the bank. The guy kept telling me multitudes of names on the way to the bank and then told me he hoped my flight crashed and my baby had to be cut out of me while I bled to death. Seriously. Not exaggerating.

I didn't think it was possible. Never in my life have I had the experience of calling a cab company where the dispatcher seemed genuinely angry that I was trying to hire a cab from him. Astonishingly rude.

Verbally abusive cabbies. This "service" doesn't deserve even one star. On New Year's Eve I had the pleasure of encountering a real stand-up individual driving cab # 27. After tailgating me through a residential neighborhood, the man pulled up next to my car with the window down and yelled "pull over and I'll stick it in your p**sy!" Thank you sir, I bet you have a lot of luck in the relationship department. Your mother should be proud.

UNETHICAL. Called to get a ride from a garage on Central Ave to work at Newton Plaza. Silly me, used to METERED fares in NYC, didn't ask until already on my way how much. Cabbie calls dispatcher, dispatcher says $29!!!!! WTF????

Some BS about from going to this zone to that zone. Knocks it down to $24 after he here's me say I'm going to call whatever (if any) commission that sets their prices.

As soon as I got into work, I called Capitaland to ask how much--$15.60!!!!

Yellow Cab Co. is dishonest and I'm not done with this....

Horrible experience with dispatch and driver. When I called this morning the dispatcher said the guy would be right over. I live on madison in the heart of downtown so I headed downstairs after 10 min's of waiting. After 20 min's I called to see what was going on. The dispatcher was RUDE saying congrats to me for repeating my address to him. Then he said the cab would be there in 2 min's. Another 10 min's later the guy showed up. It smelled like he had just smoked a pack of cig's (my jacket still stinks 10 hrs later) and he tells me we have another pick up!!! When he gets to this other pick up the woman says to him that he is 15 min's early!!! He then waits another 5 min's for this person to get ready and then drops them off first!!! I was over 15 min's late to work!!!!!!!!

A Reliable Service. I have been needing to take taxi's back and forth to the vet's with my sick cat. They have taken my worries about that away. Thank you.

Really AWFUL!!!! NEVER take the taxi with this company again. That was the worst taxi I have ever taken! I took the taxi from work to home and was told that the ride would cost $7. When I got home I found I only have $100 bill. The driver immediately rejected taking the money, telling me that he didn't have the change for that without even bothering checking. He was REALLY rude and did not explain anything and just took me to a grocery store and asked me to get the change (without telling me the charge). When I returned, he then told me he would charge $7*3, which I would not accept. Again, without explaining anything, this guy just threatened me and called the police!!! The worst part is that when I called the second day to complain, the manager is really rude!!!! He didn't even want to explain to me anything again and just cut the phone many times!!! Apparently, this company (Yellow Cab) did not ever respect the customer at ALL!!! If you don't want to get ripped off, just AVOID this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aweful!!!!!!!!

wheres my driver???. The man with the dreadlocks @yellow cab was the cleanest cab I ve ever been in. Great kid they must send him to get the worst calls, in the cleanest car on the fleet, filthy cars get the money . I call the company request him when he works ,after 1 hour they send me old sugar car Vets with filthy cars. Im sure a freshman driver wouldnt turn down $120 8pm weekends What happen to my driver??? I need a freshman like him to work for my fleet leave yellow cab for the old in filthy guys they send me. When theres probaly another 50 year old cabbie saying he Blew siliva on him .Ha! Ha! Or an a#$ hole with no money for there cab.Get well soon dreadlocks love you.
