The perfect chinese. Emperor's is one of my prize finds in the albany area...it has a great lunch special, and serves its food fast and delicious! It has the perfect amount of sauce on their dishes (it's not covered in slop like other places) and it's all white meat chicken...not mystery meat. ANd the fried rice is amazing. Definitely the best chinese in the area, and i've been here for 7 years.
