Fresh fish and fine meats are elegantly served in this dressy hotel dining room.. In Short
Sure, there are steaks, but this is Albany's top fine-dining fish place. Part of a sprawling hotel and conference center not far from the airport, this is the fancier and more comfortable of the hotel's two restaurants. Be sure to dress appropriately for dinner. Cedar-planked salmon with a lingonberry port sauce is a long-standing favorite, but the sole en papillote layered with seafood mousseline is an equally good choice. If all else fails, there's also prime rib.
