Hi Cory, Please elaborate more regarding your recommendation. Full names, Vin#, Date of service, Repair order number. We have no record of your vehicle being serviced at our facility or any complaints filed regarding work performed. We offer a lifetime warranty on all services performed. Our services performed to warranty services have been less than 4% for over 10 years. I have reported abused to City Search and they will be following up. I can only assume may have been previously employed with our company and are upset, if so, I am sorry.

This place is terrible. Stay away from them. They are cheats and will over-charge you. My insurance quote was almost double the amounts the other two places quoted me and the guy there told me it is because they are a bit more expensive because they are the best. Turns out, 3 months later my door broke and my mechanic said the body work was so messed up he could not fix my door. They actually sealed up areas of the door that are needed to access parts. I was told I would need to return to auto solutions because the fix was so expensive that they should have to cover it. Needless to say they wouldnt.

feb 1 2012 go see mike at auto solutions. soon after purchasing my car it got hit and i had no idea who to take it too,some nice gentleman told me to try auto solutions. i went and talked to them and they were more than happy to help. i gave them my business and need i say they still have it. not only did they perform excellent work but have continued to provide excellent service, that today i paid the car off, and its still looks as good as the day i bought it. mike, ted and everyone THANKYOU for being there when needed, i appreciate all you have done. i have and will continue to recommend you to anyone i know

ONE OF THE FEW PLACES YOU CAN ACTUALLY TRUST !. I recenlty brought my car two different local auto shops in Glenville, who all gave me really high estimates for an issue I was having with my car not starting after I would get fuel.

My friend referred me to Auto Solutions, and I am so glad she did.

When I stopped in they treated me with good old fashion customer service ( which is so hard to find now days) and fixed my problem while I waited.

They were so honest about how easy the problem was to fix, that they did not even charge me!

My family and I are now lifetime customers. We bring everything we own there for service, including our RV.

They have an extensive amount of knowledge and I have always found them to be very truthful about what repairs are actually needed.

Plus, how can you go wrong with a LIFETIME WARRANTY on body work (:
