Great hole in the wall 'sandwich-erie'

A great place to grab a sandwich, soup or salad. Very popular with lunching office types and co-eds from nearby Union College. Can be very busy at times and is sometimes closed when you'd expect it to be open. Tasty menu, eclectic but fun interior. Favorites inlcude: Cranberry club, crabby marc, and the gigi, but I've never heard bad things about other sandwiches either. Gelato & candy shoppe attached - get a gelato to go - it makes the perfect dessert.
- Pros: Great food, funky fun interior, nice waitstaff, did I say great food?
- Cons: Very busy at lunch hour, food wait can be a bit long for sandwiches at times.

Poor Customer Service

Waitress was very rude and inattentive. Walked away in the middle of taking our order resulting in getting it wrong. Claimed they were out of item requested and complained about us behind our backs. Manager/owner seemed to be bothered by trying to fix the situation. Told us they DID have the requested item, but never brought it. Manager also complained about another table. Will not go back.
