Sheryll is the Best!. I've been coming to JM Jewelers for years. Had great experiences there. Last year Sheryll made 2 beautiful rings for my daughters and there are none out there like them. Very satisfied with the owner and staff. Always willing to go the extra mile for me. Don't know what store the first reviewer went into.....but it couldn't have been there.

BUYERS BEWARE, STAY AWAY.................. SO GLAD I CAN VENT MY EXPERIENCE HERE. FIRST OF ALL THE DOOR IS LOCKED HAVE TO RING TO GET IN THIS PUNEY LITTLE STORE. THE PARKING IS DANGEROUS AND SCARCE. ONCE I GOT IN I WAS GREETED MY A MIDDLE AGED BLONDE, ON HEAVY SIDE WITH AN ATTITUDE. I EXPRESSED MY CONCERN ABOUT BACKING OUT ONTO MARIAVILLE ROAD AND SHE WAS SO SNOTTY AND RUDE TO ME.I WANTED TO LOOK AT A FEW THINGS WHILE I WAITED FOR AN OPINION ON ADDING A SMALL EXTENSION TO MY WATCH. SHE NEVER OFFERED TO SHOW ME ANYTHING, NO SEATING FOR CUSTOMERS AND THAN GROSSLY OVERCHARGED ESTIMATE FOR REPAIRS, WANTED OVER 300.00 TO ADD 1/2 INCH FORGET IT. EVEYTHING THERE IS GROSSLY OVERPRICED AND STOCK IS DATED AND SHOPWORN. WHEN OWNER CAME OFF HER THROWN TO CONFER WITH HER I WAS SPOKEN TO LIKE SOME KIND OF VAGRANT JEWELRY SHOPPING SHOULD BE A HAPPY COMFTORABLE TIME NOT THIS . I WOULD NEVER GO BACK OR SUGGEST TO ANYONE. HAVE A NICE DAY YOU MISERY FOR A SALES CLERK. KEVIN COME BACK, PLEASE....

JM Jewelers. I've never had bad service from anyone there....I was even told one time about a ring I brought in for sizing that it was not what it was reported as and I shouldn't waste my money. I returned the ring (not bought from JM) and got my money back. I never go to any other jeweler when this is the only one in town I trust to do any work for me. You won't find service like this anywhere!!!

The ONLY jeweler I trust!. I don't usually write reviews, but reading this first unhappy review, I felt compelled to share my experiences at JM Jewelers. I have had the unhappiest of experiences, years ago, at a number of other jewelers (no need to mention any names here). My first major purchase from this owner/jeweler was about 16 years ago. I was treated with respect and always greeted with a smile. I have asked for some pretty unusual things in the past, and have ALWAYS had great success there. I have purchased ALL my jewelery from JM, and I honestly do not trust repairs to anyone else. Come to think of it, the only things I have needed any repairs on were bought long ago, before I discovered this jeweler! I remember that one item was too weak to get fixed (could have done it if I demanded it, and then would have probably damaged the ring because of its age and condititon) and one item was fixed like brand new. Quick service, great prices and happy people! I LOVE this store! AND the people who run it and work there. I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else!

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL JEWELER IVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE OWNER IS VERY, NO REGARD FOR YOUR NEEDS, DOES NOT WANT TO OWN UP TO HER MISTAKES. SHE COMPLETELY RUINED THE BRACELET I TOOK IN TO GET FIXED. SHE SAID THAT IT WAS "AT MY OWN RISK" WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF, WAS NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AT ALL.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT PURCHASING (WAY OVERPRICED) OR BRINGING ANY JEWELRY FOR REPAIR, YOU MAY GET IT BACK TOTALLY RUINED AND UNWEARABLE. I CAN NO LONGER WEAR MY BRACELET (THE GOLD IS DISCOLORED AND THE STONES WERE MELTED OFF).
