Out of Business AWOL Owner. Owner of Bistro split town. We tried to use a $75 gift card and owners of now the springwater inn (same location) wouldn't honor it. Told us to call prior owner for our $75. We suggested to split bill as a mutual concession; they refused and called police. We waited for police to embarrass them for their uncompromising actions, then paid. The food was OK at best. The place was cold, several patrons were wearing their coats. The owners are nasty and clearly don't like running a restaurant. They probably need to find another tenant.

Exceptional !!!!. Avid diners will appreciate the warm ambience and attention to detail that this restaurant offers. The service is professional and friendly and very attentive. The creations of Chef David and staff are exceptional. Would highly recommend to friends and family. If you are looking for a dining experience comparable to the 5 star restuarants of Montreal and Manhattan, this would be the place.
