Very POOR Customer Service!!.
I dont mind spending a little or a lot of money for a hotel when I am on vacation, as long as a get good service and I feel I got my moneys worth.
Not only was a charged almost double when I checked in from what the rate was when I made the reservation, the manager's attitude was like take it or leave it, I can sell this room right away... Of course, I ended up staying because I had no choice, but that is not good customer service. Especially when I had the confirmation email with me!!
Don't stay here out of principal of being treated humanly when you are the customer!!
