Refusal to treat. This business refused to care for my daughter. They simply told her she was too fat, and refused to give the name for whoever made the decision. She and her doctor fear she has serious medical problems, but these people not only neglected her, they insulted and hurt her and gave no explanation or information. I am retired from legal practice but these people inspire me to reactivate my license and pursue smug "caregivers" who are interested in their own convenience and profit but not the well being of potential patients. At least give us the name of whoever made the decision, someone we can talk to. But no, we are rejects, we have no value to them.
