Short haired woman? See Rob.
by OohShiny at Citysearch
I see a lot of negative reviews about this place, but I can only speak to my experience with Rob, who works there. He is the only stylist in this area that I know of, who does a good job with women's short haircuts. It looks good in the salon and then keeps looking good the next day even when you shampoo, run your hand through it, and head out the door. If you're a woman who wants a short-short haircut that's still feminine and flattering, go to Rob at Tullio's.
- Pros: Rob is fantastic for short-short haircuts on women.
- Cons: A little pricey when you aren't getting pampered at the spa.
Beware

Absolutely horrible. The staff are completely rude idiots who don't pay attention to what they are doing. I got my eyebrows waxed there and the woman said that she would "clean it up" which I agreed to. Instead of cleaning it up, she took off most of my eyebrow and now I have those nasty eyebrows that have a head and a tail, looking like a man's you know what and they're lopsided you know what's. The woman who took my money even expected me to pay tip for this atrocity, while probably muttering some discriminatory obscenity under her breath. If I go there again, I will be as dumb as the staff. Save yourself the pain, go to a spa school or a spa to get anything done, it's around the same price or even cheaper and you'll get better service.
- Pros: It's in crossgates
- Cons: Everything
THE WORST SALON IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!
by LalalaBlablabla at Citysearch
It's messy, it's dirty, it's loud, the staff is very rude and mostly untalented...... You won't leave satisfied, that's a certain thing! Plus they charge you like an upscale salon, it's almost insulting! Not paying your cut if you're unsatisfied or getting a refund because your hair is beyond repair after a bad experience at Tullio's: forget it! They just won't!!! It's "not the policy"... Just don't go to Tullio's, period, and if you do: don't ever get an appointment with "Bruno"!!! He's by far the worst!!!
- Pros: In the mall??? So that everyone can see you with foils and what not on your hair...
- Cons: High price, poor job quality, rude staff, bad policy (for dissapointed customers)
